Our Practice
Goff & DeWalt’s primary practice emphasizes construction defect litigation and resolution. With combined experience of more than 30 years of homeowner association construction law practice, Goff & DeWalt are prepared to assist your association with navigating the sometimes turbulent waters of pursuing the association's rights and obtaining a recovery to repair defective construction. We assist Boards of Directors in analyzing their rights and claims and provide alternative approaches to resolving the Association's particular claims in the most expedient and cost effective manner possible.
Our attorneys also provide general counsel services to community associations and assist Boards of Directors and property managers in guiding associations in the governance of associations and in preventing and resolving disputes.
